Contains: Scampi tails (Crustacean) (40%). Breadcrumbs [flour, (wheat [wheat flour. Calcium carbonate, iron, nicotinamide, thiamine], salt. Raising agents: disodium dihydrogen dilposphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate, year. Flour improver: ascorbic acid, l-cysterine hydrochloride]. Batter: wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine], maize flour, salt. Raising agents: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate. Stabilisers: sodium tripolyphosphate.

Allergens: Fish, gluten.

Net: Approximately 454g.

Storage: Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Instructions for use: For best results deep fry straight from the freezer. Carefully place the scampi into hot oil or fat (175°C / 350°F) and fry for approximately 4 minutes.
