It all began with Cartmel Sticky Toffee Pudding. They started baking it in the shop’s back kitchen and selling it in the front a good 20 years ago. It was around that time the chef friends started talking about a new combo: toffee and banana. That’s when they decided to make some Sticky Banana Pudding, and we’re glad they did. People said it was a match made in heaven.
