The finest salmon dry cured in natural Cheshire rock salt and smoked traditionally over oak for 12-18 hours. This product is ready to eat & suitable for home freezing. All of East Lincolnshire Seafood’s smoked fish is supplied by a local smokehouse. Each pack has 2-3 slices of smoked salmon.

Storage: Keep refrigerated, once open use within 24 hrs and do not exceed the use by date. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase and always within the use by date/best before date. Once frozen consume within 1 month Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Instructions for use: To enjoy smoked salmon at its best, allow to come to room temperature shortly before serving.
