Reared in New York near Boston. Rib Eye steak is becoming the most popular steak, with just enough marbling to enhance the flavour. The butcher advises that one steak is approximately 10oz / 290g.

For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase. Once frozen consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
