Popular steaks from locally sourced outdoor reared pork, great for grilling, frying, barbecues or oven cook. Completely boned with rind taken off by expert butchers. Minimum weight 170g per steak.

Produced on a site which also handles wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, mustard, celery, sesame and soya.

Net: 340g / 680g.

Storage: Keep refrigerated, consume within 2 days.

For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase. Once frozen consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Instructions for use: To pan fry from chilled: Place in the hot pan over a high heat and pan fry for 8 mins. Turning occasionally. Rest for 5 mins before serving. Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary.
