100% British pork chops on the bone created with locally sourced pork.

Storage: Keep refrigerated, consume within 2 days.

For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase. Once frozen consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Instructions for use: Oven cook from chilled. Preheat oven 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Preheat a frying pan over a high heat. Rub each chop with 5 ml vegetable oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Pan fry over high heat for 4 mins turning halfway through. Transfer chops onto a baking tray on the middle shelf of the oven and cook for 10-12 mins. After cooking est for 5 mins before serving. Check food is piping hot throughout, all juices run clear and no pink colour remains. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary.
