This classic and contemporary cut of belly pork using outdoor reared pork is so versatile. Cooked long and slow so it falls off the bone is the best way to cook it, with natural fats running through it this is what keeps it tasty and tender. Makes unbeatable crackling too.

For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase. Once frozen consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Instructions for use: Oven Cook from chilled in a preheated oven 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7 for 45 mins per 500g plus 40 mins. After 30 minutes, reduce the temperature to 160°C/Fan 140°C/Gas 3 for the remaining cooking time. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary.
