Storage: Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Instructions for use: Ready to eat when defrosted but can be heated from frozen. Place as many prawns as required into a sieve and run under cold water for 3-4 minutes until defrosted. Gently shake to stop them sticking together.
