Delicious lamb leg steaks locally reared in Lincolnshire, marinated in a tangy minted sauce.

Contains: 100% Lamb, sugar, acids (sodium diacetate, malic acid), dried glucose syrup, starch, salt, dried mint (3.6%), yeast extract (yeast extract, salt), dried tomato, colours (paprika extract and natural rosemary flavouring, beta carotene), natural flavouring, thickeners (xanthan gum, guar gum).

Allergens: Gluten, soya, milk, egg, celery, mustard, sulphur dioxide.

Net: Approximately 450g.

Storage: Keep refrigerated, consume within 2 days.

For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase. Once frozen consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Instructions for use: Oven cook from chilled 190°C / Fan 170°C / Gas 5 12-15 mins (to serve pink). If cooked rare there is a small risk that harmful bacteria may be present. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary.
