For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase. Once frozen consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Instructions for use: To pan fry from chilled, allow steaks to reach room temperature. Preheat frying pan to a high heat. Cook for 1 1/2 minutes each side, check food is piping hot. Allow to rest out of the pan for 4 minutes, loosely covered with foil. Ensure product is cooked thoroughly until all juices run clear and there is no raw meat inside. This is a guide only.
