This is our signature gingerbread recipe at the bakery and a firm favourite of the team. The perfectly balanced spice blend has some heat that kicks little punch from the cloves following through with the warming gingerbread spices that you would expect from a high quality gingerbread. It has the characteristic and now famous chewiness of the lemon, orange peel and crystallised ginger. What a treat for the tastebuds!
