Our natural oak smoked haddock is line caught and naturally smoked over a smouldering blend of oak & beech. All our smoked fish is supplied by the Port of Lancaster Smokehouse. Our haddock is free from any artificial colourings and additives. Each pack contains between two to four fillets, total approximate weight 1kg.
Contains: Haddock, salt, natural oak wood smoke.
Net: Approximately 1kg.
Storage: Keep refrigerated. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase. Consume within 1 month. Defrost fully before use. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Instructions for use: Can be grilled, oven-baked, microwaved or shallow fried. Always check the product is piping hot before serving.
