For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase. Once frozen consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Instructions for use: To pan fry from chilled, place in a pan on a moderate heat for 6 mins. Then Oven cook 200°C. Fan 180°C Gas 6 for 15 mins. Check food is piping hot, do not reheat once cooled. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
