A premium product with the finest pork, dry-cured to produce a first class bacon product. The butcher advises us that 500g bacon consists of around 12 rashers.

Contains: 97% Pork, salt, E250

Produced on a site which also handles wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, mustard, celery, sesame and soya.

Net: 500g / 1kg.

Storage: Keep refrigerated, consume within 2 – 3 days.

For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase. Once frozen consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Instructions for use: To grill from chilled. Grill under a moderate heat for 4 minutes, turning once. Check food is piping hot. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
