Description

Locally sourced grass-fed beef rib-eye steak, aged between 30 and 45 days. Natural marbling of fat to create the perfect flavour. Taken from the eye muscle of the fore-rib.

Contains: Beef steak.

Produced on a site which also handles wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, mustard, celery, sesame and soya.

Net: 200g – 350g.

Storage: Keep refrigerated, consume within 2 days.

For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase. Once frozen consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Instructions for use: To pan fry high heat from chilled for 5 mins or until desired doneness. If cooked rare there is a small risk that harmful bacteria may be present. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary.
