Storage: Keep refrigerated, consume within 2 days.

For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase. Once frozen consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Instruction for use: Oven cook from chilled for 30 mins, 190°C. Fan 170°C. Gas 5. Cook until juices run clear and no pink remains. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary.
