A handmade gourmet speciality product where a Cod loin is breaded & flash fried. Whilst every care is made to remove bones, some may be present. DO NOT re-freeze once defrosted.

Contains: Cod (Fish) (60%), Natural Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour [ Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine], Salt, Yeast), Vegetable Oil (Rapeseed Oil).

Storage: Store at -18°C or below and consume within 3 months of purchase. Do not refreeze this product once defrosted.

Instructions for use:

Oven Bake: Place onto an ovenproof dish & cook in an oven preheated to 180ºC/Gas Mark 4 for 25-30 mins.

Deep Fry: Preheat the oil to 180ºC and cook for 6-8 minutes until thoroughly cooked.

COOKING TIMES MAY VARY ACCORDING TO OVEN TYPE. ENSURE FOOD IS PIPING HOT THROUGHOUT BEFORE SERVING
