Lincolnshire sausage meat made to a secret recipe, created with a minimum of 80% pork, breadcrumbs, sage and seasonings. The butcher advises us that 500g sausages is the equivalent to eight sausages.

Contains: Pork, breadcrumbs and seasoning. Seasonings may contain traces of soya, milk, eggs, celery and gluten.

Allergens: Soya, milk, eggs, celery and gluten.

Net: Approx 500g.

Storage: Keep refrigerated, consume within 2 days.

For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase. Once frozen consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Instructions for use: Oven cook from chilled 30 mins, 190°C. Fan 170°C. Gas 5. Cook until juices run clear and no pink remains. This is a guide only. All cooking appliances vary.
