Contains: Currants 13%, sultanas 13%, seedless raisins 13%, butter, soft brown sugar, fresh breadcrumbs, self raising flour (gluten), fresh eggs, golden syrup, lemon rind, lemon juice, carrot, mixed spice, nutmeg, brandy, fresh milk.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place.

Cooking Instructions: This pudding is cooked and requires reheating only. Remove outer packaging and place the pudding basin with the lid on in a microwave. Microwave on full power for 3-3½ minutes. Alternatively the pudding can also be steamed for 1 hour 30 minutes.
