Steak marinated in an authentic Cantonese sauce. Features freshly cut mushrooms, peppers and onions. Sweet to mild flavour.

Contains: Beef, mushrooms, onions, peppers, Cantonese marinade (water, sugar, soy sauce (water, soy bean, salt, sugar, wheat flour), garlic, ginger, rapeseed oil, aniseed, flavour enhancer.

Allergens: Gluten, soy, wheat.

Produced on a site which also handles wheat, gluten, milk, eggs, mustard, celery, sesame and soya.

Storage: Keep refrigerated, consume within 2 days.

For best quality, freeze as soon as possible after purchase. Once frozen consume within 1 month. Once defrosted use the same day. Do not refreeze once defrosted.

Instructions for use: To stir fry. Stir fry Beef and vegetables for 8-10 minutes. Check food is piping hot and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only. If cooked rare there is a small risk that harmful bacteria may be present.
