Our breaded cod is produced from the best Atlantic fish, shaped from prime quality skinless and boneless cod fillets. There is no Pacific fish used. This fish is best deep fried or oven baked. Four fillets, approximate total weight 670g.
Contains: Cod (Fish) (50%), breadcrumb (fortified wheat flour (wheat flour, calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamin), salt, yeast), batter (water, fortified wheat flour (wheat flour,calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamin), maize starch, salt, mustard powder, rapeseed oil.
Allergens: Fish, gluten, mustard.
Net: Approximately 670g.
Storage: Keep frozen. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
Instructions for use: For best results oven cook from frozen. Always ensure the product core temperature reaches 72°C. Deep fry: deep fry in hot oil at 180°C for approximately 4-5 minutes. Oven bake at 220°C/ Gas Mark 7 for approximately 14 minutes. Cook thoroughly until piping hot throughout. Although extra care has been taken to remove all bone, some may remain. All appliances vary.
