Instructions for use: Oven Cook from chilled. Preheat oven 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7. Cook for 30 mins per 500g plus 30 mins to crisp the crackling. After 30 mins, reduce the temperature to 180°C/Fan 160°C/Gas 4 for the remaining cooking time. Check food is piping hot and no pink colour remains. All cooking appliances vary. This is a guide only.
